What Do I need to do for My goals to come true

In  order for my goals to come true later on in life I need to think before so I know what I want to do. When you know the career you want to have and when you go to college they will help by telling you the classes you need for your major. If you are a person that changes a lot or don't know then you will be stuck because you end up doing extra time in college. For my goals to come true you need to plan a head and know all the classes you to take in college so that you don't waste your time. As start to make a change in your life from high school to college it different because in college you focus on your major and in high school you take some classes. For my goals to come true you need a game plan and know what your doing later in life. By the time you get to college and have no idea then your goals will never come true but if you are serious and determine then will achieve something in life. I think that you need in order for your future dreams and goals to come true you need to think a head and be mutative and don't let any one put you down. Always try to be one step above so that your dreams can come true later on in life.

  1. Rafael, I understand what you are saying, but it is interesting that while you do get to begin your major in college, there are still courses that are required that are not in your major. The goal of some colleges and universities are to provide a broad based academic program and focused study of a major, that is why when you are interested in majoring in a four year degree that you will only be required to take somewhere between five or six classes in your major of 20-24 classes. The other classes are required in various academic areas such as language arts, fine arts, physical science, natural science, political science, history and math. At a community college those are usually the courses that are required to transfer in addition to your major courses--the difference is you choose the courses that fit in the academic categories AND you PAY for your education!

  2. There is a difference from high school and University/ College. This is the time of your life were excuses don't exist anymore. You still will end up taking courses that are not necessary is like high school all over again. Extra time in college, not much people will want that college can be too expensive to waste time.
