Do you Have to be Friends with your co-workers

I think that anywhere you are you must be friends which includes school, work, clubs, sports,etc. You need to be friends with some of them because they can help you when you need help. Being friends with someone new in a place means you have to talk to them because then you feel lonely and you don't have any one to talk to. When you become friends with other people then you have people that have your back and you can count on. I personal think that it good to become friends with co-workers or future classmates so you can meet new people. It also good because you learn to build your commutating skills when you become friends with your future co-workers. They can help you when you are going through personal problems because you start you gain their faith and you end up trusting some of them.

Do You Think it ok for employees to take things from their personal use

I don't think it ok for others to take away or use someone else personal items. It not good because some people will try to use it against use what you have like in a cell phone or a device that you have personal information. I think that employees will take another co workers things and tell others or may want to use it so you can get fired. Now a days people will see something and they will posted it on social media or make rumors when using someone else personal items. I like to have my own items as far away as I can so that other people don't see it when I leave it somewhere. For example when I am in school I don't like to take my cell phone because I feel that I may leave it in class and that other students may see it so that why I leave at home which is a safer place. I don't think that employees should take someone else personal items since now a days people will talk about it and never shut up.

What Do I need to do for My goals to come true

In  order for my goals to come true later on in life I need to think before so I know what I want to do. When you know the career you want to have and when you go to college they will help by telling you the classes you need for your major. If you are a person that changes a lot or don't know then you will be stuck because you end up doing extra time in college. For my goals to come true you need to plan a head and know all the classes you to take in college so that you don't waste your time. As start to make a change in your life from high school to college it different because in college you focus on your major and in high school you take some classes. For my goals to come true you need a game plan and know what your doing later in life. By the time you get to college and have no idea then your goals will never come true but if you are serious and determine then will achieve something in life. I think that you need in order for your future dreams and goals to come true you need to think a head and be mutative and don't let any one put you down. Always try to be one step above so that your dreams can come true later on in life.

Communicating in High School

 

People don't like to commutate with others their first year  of high school because they see different people from different grades and some come from different schools. But I think that once they are force to talk to others in some of the classes they start to lose the fear. When you start to talk in high school with different people then you become friends with not just in school but also in social media. As time passes by in high school you meet different people and then you end up being friends with them. Some people don't have as much friends as others because they are scared to talk to them because they might be in different grade levels. Once you start to talk to different people then they will know the type of person someone is they start to communicate with different people. Some become friends with others because they have them in classes and they talk but some would just to random people so they can try to get attention. But communicating in high school is important because if you don't make friends then you feel lonely and you don't have to people to talk to.  

My Writing Challenges 

 

Everyone has some writing challenges because no one is perfect when it comes down to writing. For example I have problem when writing because some words sound the same and sometimes I used the wrong one. Even when I read books and read other people writing they make mistakes and sometimes people catch the mistake right away and sometimes it takes few try to catch the mistake. But the writing challenges that I have is think what to write because when you say it a loud it sounds better than when you write it. Writing has been a problem to me because I feel I don't have time to think and write at the same time. Some teachers will go hard on you even when you make simple mistakes because writing has a lot of parts to it. Writing will continue to be a challenges that everyone will have to face even if you think you are perfect everyone will make mistake even if it common.
